We are working on environmental protection and solving the environmental issues through investments. We actively select and invest in enterprises and businesses which lead to the environmental protection and solving the environmental issues.

We are promoting group-side energy saving. Our latest action includes selection of eco-friendly office for our HQ and avoidance to use desktop PCs in our HQ.

We are highly committed to environmental load decrease. We recently select eco-friendly alternatives to papers and plastics for stationaries.

S: Society

We are creating the workplace embracing diversified talents where each and everyone of our employees and managements can fully unleash their potentials and characters under the CEO’s initiative and commitment.

We are highly committed to gender diversity in the workplace. We set the long-term target on the number of female employees and management and are taking actions to achieve this targe by trainings, career consultation and mentoring.

We embrace diversified nationalities along with expansion to the overseas. We are creating the workplace where everyone can unleash their own potential regardless of nationality and provides trainings, career consultation and mentoring.

We are working on the supports to talents with handicaps through investments. We actively select and invest in enterprises and businesses which contributes to this agenda.

We highly values the constructive dialogues with investors as opportunities to take in investors’ voices to our management. Therefore, our senior managements actively meet investors for dialogue.

We are working on the effectiveness of supervision and monitoring by the Board through functional separation of supervision and execution and adopting independent board majority.

Nomination & Remuneration committee is the advisory body for the Board and covers supervisory agenda of high importance, which include the succession planning for the senior management, board structure, and remuneration.

We have the relevant policies and rules for effective corporate governance.
